St. George The Conqueror Chapel Museum

The construction took place between 1904 and 1907 and it has been named after Mikhail Skobelev, the Russian General leading the forces in the Siege of Plevna. The park has 9 common graves that store the remains of the soldiers who died there and an ossuary can also be found. Plus, you will also see Russian cannons scattered throughout the park.

Svetlin Rusev Donative Exhibition

If you are an art lover, you should check out this art exhibition that boasts about 400 works that were donated by Svetlin Rusev, the famous Bulgarian artist. They include masterpieces from both foreign and Bulgarian artists. Rusev had first made a donation in 1984, which comprised of 322 works and another donation was made in 1999, which comprised of 82 more works.

As far as the building that houses the exhibition is concerned, it has three floors and was once used as the public baths in Pleven until 1970.

Another important site to check out whentraveling to Plevin is this park, which is in the south of the city. Forces of nature have shaped and carved the park as it exists in the Karst Valley.
